Overview

Admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and the Western District of Tennessee, Mr. Campbell focuses primarily on criminal and family litigation in both federal and state court. Mr. Campbell also handles personal injury cases and all civil defense matters involving 501 (c)(3) organizations.

Prior to founding the Campbell Law Firm, Mr. Campbell spent several years as a criminal and family law litigator with The Scholl Law Firm and Garrett and Associates located in Memphis, Tennessee. A native Houstonian, Mr. Campbell served as in-house counsel for Lamson and Looney P.C., and The Irvin Law firm, where he assisted in primarily personal injury and criminal matters.

In 2015, Mr. Campbell concluded his services at the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office, where he assisted indigent persons with criminal matters before District Court 2 of Shelby County, Tennessee. Additionally, Mr. Campbell worked briefly at the Shelby County Environmental Court, concluding in 2017.

Biography

Mr. Campbell received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2000, and he received his J.D. from the Oklahoma College of Law in 2003, an affiliate of the same. Mr. Campbell is a summa cum laude graduate of Memphis Theological Seminary completing a Master of Theology in 2015.

As a seminarian, Mr. Campbell serves as general counsel and advisor, serving on the board for a host of varying denominations, faith-based organizations, and community non-profits.

Mr. Campbell is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the State of Tennessee Bar. Mr. Campbell is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., an Imperial officer for the A.E.A.O.N.M.S. (PHA Shriners), the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Tennessee (Masons) and the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rites of Freemasonry Prince Hall affiliation Southern Jurisdiction (S.G.I.G. 33rd degree).
